Kaede talks about her plastic surgery successes and failure in this video she posted yesterday. She begins by saying she's probably spent about ¥700K on her face.

The failure was before her gravure DVD was made. She rushed to get some work done beforehand. Because there's a month-long wait to get an appointment with the surgeon she liked, she went to a different place on the recommendation of her agency, but the work done looked too "unnatural" and she wanted to die while waiting for the work to be redone.
