cutfag here as recently (post phimosis), I'm in the same situation

after testing a few holes, my research led me to these types being most effective at sensation in my case, in order:

- Suction (Seducing Witch and Mouth of Truth is the ones I currently have in this category, and they give me the most pleasure out of any other ones)
- Very tight holes (I have virgin age admission HARD and lolinco, VA can be very effective for fast surprise climaxes so take that as you will)
- HARD editions of onaholes
