Through the power of belief a lot can happen in yu world, in lot of stories yukkuri are revived through the core, or in others the core is planted in the ground like a seed and the yukkuri groes like a plant, there is no canon exactly.
Something where there is a consensu is that memories is stored in the pashte so even if they are revived they are gonna be like a newborn yukkuri.
In other stories the core and pashte of two yukkuri are swapped but they usually die of Anti-Yukkuritis disease.
If you were to put the core inside a manju if it doesn't die of Anti-Yukkuritis it will start to grow eyes a mouth and accessory thorugh the power of belief probable, yukkuri are in the end magical entities.
