I'm in the beginning stages and fully completed hiragana and most of katakana. But one thing that is interesting for me is that there are more small katakana variety than hiragana.
There are the standard ones, then the dakuten and handakuten, then the combinations with ャ, ュ, and ョ, but there are apparently some more sounds with more small katakana.

They're not included in the learn kana training thing on itazuraneko. It's fine as I can just practice it without that, but it's a bit weird nonetheless. I wonder why it's not on there. Are the extra sounds in this chart not that common?
