The only thing you can do is treat symptoms (skin lotions, cortisol creams etc.) and avoiding making it worse. The latter can mean a multitude of things: sweat makes it worse, water makes it worse, stress makes it worse, extreme temperatures make it worse, even eating the wrong things can make it worse. You try to dress right for the weather so that it isn't too hot/cold, shower at the right temperature and not too often, use shampoos/skin care/cosmetics for sensitive skin (many avoid scented products), avoid excess sweating, avoid stress etc. etc., I've even heard of people making major changes to their diet in the hopes of making their skin better.

In Momusu I'd say there's a lot of things that can aggravate the skin problems. You excercise a lot, shower a lot, use lots of makeup, stress a lot. For that reason I was surprised to hear about Eri's atopic dermatitis at first, because I think it takes quite a lot of courage and willpower from someone with this condition to go into showbiz.

This became quite long, but I hope it's of interest/use to Eri fans.
