This is the message she sent, it's not as clear cut as just "don't collab with men", it's just pretty much honest advice from the model illustrator to their vtuber. Nobody cares about a no-name vtuber getting carried by no-name males in an FPS. If it was someone popular, then it's different, or if you're in a tournament that can get more eyes on you, then that's different. It's less about just being a unicorn and just giving her a dose of the reality of being a VTuber.
