For this event's daily stage, it's pretty much mandatory to hit the enemy's weakness or your damage will be halved. So your pygmy, sensitive plant, and shizuka will play an important role here.

Due to the bosses only appear to only target two girls at a time, you're allowed to have 2 tanky/evasion girls with provoke in each party to lock the bosses onto them while keeping the rest safe. (Anemone/Katabami/Kitsune/etc)

From what you have, you can attempt to buff up your Dusty Xmas with dmg buffs to deal as much on the first turn, then slowly chip away the rest if necessary. Kuko's negate may help too. The first two nodes aren't too tanky, so it should be easily done, the boss node has about 3.5m hp or so. Locking it onto your tanky chars while regular Dusty chip it away may do the job. Good luck, swap things around base on your observation and see it goes.
