I'm not saying a perfect release is ever going to happen. I'm saying that every company should be striving to achieve it with each release. All of them should double their QA team. Catch more issues before the release. They should never be ignored.

I've actually been thinking about it, and using the combat log for this sounds perfect to me - see pic. All the lines are short enough to fit into it. It's not so big to interfere with anything. All you need to do is move the field quick icons, get it there, and set up completely new triggers to feed it lines at the correct times (which I'm sure is not easy, even more so because there are many variations for each action), but again, it's not a fan TL. Not that you should be tolerant of issues with fan TL releases. You definitely shouldn't.
