[ ] Go out with a cheerful "Hello! Have you seen Cirno?" To Marisa, pushing past the distracted Keine.

[ ] "Aha! Freedom!" Run for the doors, but ignore Marisa; You can find Cirno on your own!"

[ ] "Yeah... You know what? Sleeping sounds good." Then head back to back to bed. You're feeling a bit woozy.

[ ] "Who is 'Mokou?" You ask, but feel oddly like you should have asked about Cirno for some reason. It also feels like someone is fucking around with you.
