It seems that there are more and more people who are trying out the IM@S games, and so as a professional IM@S producer myself I thought I might give all of you some pointers.

Haruka Amami - First off we have the all around good girl. She's a good starter since you'll have basically level stats. It is important to remember that she is a little clumsy though and you should remind her of this constantly to keep her attention not to mention quashing any dreams she has so her mind doesn't wonder off.
Chihaya Kisaragi - What can I say, she's pretty much the best vocalist, but don't tell her that. In fact try and convince her that her that the voice aspect of the job is her worst aspect so she doesn't get any ideas of being full of herself, also try and remind her that she's not the best looking and that she should work on that.
Yukiho Hagiwara - Keep a tissue box handy with this one, she'll start crying as soon as you look at her. Best way to counter this is to comfort her with puppies, although she won't openly admit it she has an intense love for dogs, also try to get her into very social situations since she needs to work on her people skills.
Yayoi Takatsuki - Most energetic of the girls she should be put to work at all times, but be sure that she is quiet the rest of the time she she conserves her energy. Since she is very industrious be sure that she is able to pay back any loans since she seems to always mooch off money, be sure to add the interest she she learns a lesson in economics as she isn't too keen on money matters.
