Dear fellow gentlemen of /jp/

I am quite intrigued by the Ladies of Gensokyo, the land itself, and the culture behind it. I really do.
However, I am certainly frustrated by the fact that the official canon of the venerable Touhou Project is, in fact, a bullet-hell or 'danmaku' shooter game.

I must apologize in advance for any rudeness I might cause, but danmaku is less than ideal to what I call enjoyment. I think I'm a gamer to a certain extent, if I dare say so myself. But I am not exactly a skilled one. The fact that the official canon is made up of 13+ danmaku games is like a nightmare for me, who just wanted to enjoy the stories and court with the ladies.

For instance, there was one time I wanted to court with this venerable lady, Patchouli Knowledge, but the gatekeeper just keep kicking my posterior over and over, to the point that I can't stand it. After that, I started to resort to fanon, drawn Doujinshi, and give up on official Danmaku game forever.

After years of indulging myself in drawn stories of Gensokyo, I think it is time for me to get back in gaming. However, I have sworn over my mother's grave that I will not join the rank of Danmaku again, since human, while having endless possibilities, should know when to stop.

So, fellow gentlemen, will you be kind enough, and provide me with some great doujin game? It would be great if you provided me with just the title, but even more fabulous if it is available via the vast and wonderful world of internet, since going to the market and purchasing physical copy is not an option.

Streaming, when bullets are aimed at you and you move slightly left or right (why I think keyboard is better than gamepad/joystick) so that the bullets stay condensed but never hit you because you control them, is an extremely powerful tactic.
Sakuya's misdirection is just this. She teleports left or right and move's to the other side. Just pick a side (I always go left) before she shoots and wait for her to blow most of her load and tap left a few times, then she will appear in front of you then press up-right (diagonally, so that you stream the next set but move parallel to the old set of bullets).

Another cheeky thing to do (not worth it imo) is to just sit behind her before she uses her spell card because she never attacks up (Time that shit out). You lose out on a life but you don't have to deal with misdirection or the non-spell.

Hey, /jp/. I have an... embarrassing question to ask you guys. Well.. Iove to play touhou. I mean, LOVE. Sometimes I find myself making out with the screen, or masturbating to cute youtube videos of the characters. Yet, as much as I love the games, I am dreadfully awful at it.

I ALWAYS have to play easy mode, or I get annihilated. It's just.. woah. How the fuck do you dodge all those bullets? And sometimes, the bullets produce bullets! Holy shit man. Holy. Fucking. Shit.

Ghost Board Synchronization API, Draft 1

This document describes an API for synchronizing local posts ("ghost posts") between archivers.

0. Structure of existing data
Ghost posts are written to both board and board_local tables, and have a subnum greater than 0.
The subnum field is described as an int(10) unsigned.

1. Identification of post source
Beginning from implementation of the API, ghost posts shall be written to the board table with a modified subnum, containing the next subnum on the archiver where the post was made, and the identifier of the archiver where the ghost post originated from.

The archive identifier will be the high two digits of the subnum field, and the local next subnum.
Therefore, a ghost in reply to >>12345,67 on archiver with id 01 will have subnum field 01000068.

The archive id is determined by consensus among archivers and should be unique per archiver.
A suggested id ordering is chronological:
00 jparchive.dyndns.org
01 archive.foolz.us
02 fuuka.warosu.org
03 fuuka.bwaka.net

Since there are no ghost posts with subnums greater than 999999, the presence of non-zero digits in the high two digits may be taken to show that the ghost post was made with an API-compliant archiver.
Archivers may choose to implement the display of API-compliant ghost posts in any manner. For example, a ghost post with num=12345 and subnum=4000026 could be shown to the user as >>12345,26-Short, where Short is a short name corresponding to the archive with id 04.

You should stop making yourself look like shit, grind till you have that aura and get yourself some gear and pvp experience. I didn't talk to anyone until I was at least 90 trans. You don't need them, you'll get to talk to people as much as you can once you earn your respect and can actually manage in pvp.
