Yeah, this is all Noa's (and others, I believe. He points to other blogs and the site credits several people) ideas that never came to fruition. And while Ano will never touch of this, you can always believe this as headcannon.

Fun fact: Did you guys know that South Tyris in E+ is located completely differently to where Noa intended? It's supposed to be below where the void is, but in E+ it's joined beneath the Ancient Castle as the image shows.
