Far from it. You don't impregnate her, but you do take her by force. This is after you realize that she's committing suicide not because the Asuku family and clan head is no longer needed, but because she feels EXXXXXTREEEEEME guilt over the murder of Futami and feels the need to "apologize" for it. Through this, you also break San's emotional stoicism, making her realize that she's not alone and that someone is looking out for her (namely, you/Saku).

Fast forward to several days/weeks/months/years. San talks of the town suddenly mysteriously appearing in Tokyo and being reunited with the outside world. She ends up revisiting the town, and she finds you waiting there for her. You greet her by her real name - Teru - and tell her that it's time to move on. The Asuku clan is dead, and the "San" name is no more, and the only thing left for Teru is to continue from the time she was seven years old (as from then on she inherited the name "San").

Teru calls you an idiot for trying to look up her real name for this long, and you admit that you are. But it's the proof that you fought and won over the successor of the Asuku family. She admits to looking forward to being happy together with you, and finally cracks a real smile for the first time.

Not as fucking BAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW as the other two endings, but it's a worthy ending on its own.
