A religion thread, you say?

Religion thread? It's been too long.

I want to go back to an era when women were innocent and honored, when men respected women and women respected men, and when all-consuming selfishness was a vice rather than the norm. In the not so distant past, dating was about growing to love and respect someone. In the current day, it's about a stupid competition of psychosocial dominance and sociosexual confidence-- "game", in other words. I don't want to live in such a world, and I don't think most rational people do either.

I still remember the last glimmers of a more beautiful world. When I was growing up, some girls seemed heroic and innocent-- not all or even most of them, but a few. Growing up in a fairly conservative part of the country, I never thought that it'd be difficult to find a woman with good values, because there were plenty of them around. Where have they gone? In fact, I took the "good values" element for granted until I moved to New York, and battled its horrific dating scene, damaged largely because a lot of people in this city don't have good values.

Many women these days sleep with multiple men concurrently, which they wouldn't have been able to get away with were it not for urban anonymity. It's horrifying and wrong. I can't even bring myself to be less than disgusted by the thought of sleeping with such a woman, because that would entail stirring other mens' semen residues with my dick, whipping their seed into a milky froth.

The parasitic "alpha" creeps benefit from this ruined world, because they are like cockroaches and rats, in the sense of thriving in damaged environments. No one else does. The rest of us-- men and women-- lose out.

Is it wrong that my eyes are immediately drawn to the stained glass windows in the background?
