Have you guys seen this shit? I downloaded it out of curiousity and it's pretty fucked.

So it's Kayama Natsuko, the pudgy milf. I've never found her attractive but the premise of this vid is she's trying to lose weight and theres a bunch of scenes of her working out and weighing herself and stuff.

Then about halfway through the vid it cuts forward and she's at a award ceremony or something and she's clearly just had liposuction, she's got a big ball of hanging skin around her stomach and her tits have deflated down to her knees.
