Feels like Shion's mental state deteriorated the most of anyone, she was just somewhat aware of what was happening(referring to the "demon" repeatedly) without being able to stop it. Her HS lasted longer than normal due to no GHD, she was even hallucinating a ghost Mion haunting her at the end. And don't forget she hallucinated Satoshi's "spirit" following her around which was actually just the dumb goat.

One I see people bring up is this dumb goat, after Ryukishi backed off on having her intentionally keep Rika in the loops for Matsuribayashi, there's no reason why it would take Rika 100 years to figure out who was killing her when Hanyuu has the ability to go anywhere and observe shit while keeping all of her memories when Rika moves to a new fragment.
