I'm trying to find a certain touhou doujinshi with Remilia Scarlet and Izayoi Sakuya

I can only remember one page from it

Remilia somehow gains Yukari's powers and asks Sakuya if there's anything she'd like or to wish for.

Sakuya replies. "I'd like, bigger breasts than Meiling's"

and then the bottom of the page is her breasts busting out through her clothing.

I've been searching for hours. My only hope is that someone recognizes the description.
