Before I begin, I thank /jp/ for its many genuinely helpful VN recommendation.

Call me slowpoke but I'm recently picked up Chaos;Head course I like the sound of it.

And... What the heck is with this game!?

Already a few days in and I still don't have the slightest idea what the fuck is going on?

Currently found the murder chick at the start of the game had snuck her way in to MC's daily life, and he's freaking out, me on the other hand is completely boggled by this sudden weird development.

Tell me, how far in the rabbit hole am I? And does the delusional trigger thing have anything to do with the game progression? For now its seems to me it like a gimmick to only sneak it some "what if" scenario here and there.
