Anyone know the oldschool LPer raocow?

I kinda wish there was a hololive vtuber with content like raocow. Just a mellow, wholesome, friendly personality but with comfy abstract, nonsequitur, stream-of-consciousness commentary. And maybe sprinkled in with a few native language expletives now and then. Raocow's also great at observational comedy and has a musical quality to his voice, and has a mostly pleasant, upbeat attitude throughout his playthroughs.

I feel like content like that would fit really well with vtubing.
