Although it is fine to read the Tsukihime manga afterwards, as it's a pretty good adaption as far as they go (not very).

Although it has some plot holes and non-canon scenes unlike the VN routes.

(This is a very silly page from the Melty Blood manga, not the Tsukihime manga.)
