No.
Insomniac Dream (too, a work from 4chan with the premise of living together with Yuukarin, except SFW and an Umineko crossover) is longer by a third.

However, one of the most memorable works I've read was—maybe not really centered around her in the first part, which I never bothered to read—an absolute colossus of fanfiction, comparable to HPMOR (except HPMOR has two times FEWER words) and titled Imperfect Metamorphosis. I found it through TVTropes, as well as several other memorable fanfics I read a long time ago. She doesn't get a nice treatment in there, though.

Speaking of own stuff, maybe I should finally tell someone I have had, since maybe a decade ago, sporadic thoughts of making a massive visual novel centered around a self-insert being cast into pre-Osana Reimu Gensokyo after getting disintegrated by a mine explosion during a defusing mission in Chechnya while no one was looking. Depending on the outcome of the dialogue with Yukari, you could either unlock the existing language barrier early or end up not understanding what the characters speak for a certain portion of the game and having to learn Japanese with the help of those you meet. You'd be thrown out of the gap by the Hakurei shrine in the evening and, after some talking, could either stay the night at the Hakurei Miko's (who would try to make advances on you to continue the Hakurei bloodline, except you'd invariably refuse) or try to make your way to the village and get intercepted by Rumia, with https://files.catbox.moe/d5o7eo.mp3 playing. She'd end up chasing you into Garden of the Sun, thus letting you meet and get protected by Yuuka early on. She lets you stay at her place on a whim. Your sapper experience comes in handy when gardening. You eventually get close, and https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/838645?q=kazami_yuuka+wet_clothes happens, but you end up making love to each other, which is not depicted. Other scenes involve teaching the little Marisa words.
The climax involves a large scale battle against some invasion of deadly things that unites the entire Gensokyo against it. You then marry to Yuuka. A series of time skips follows. Depending on your choices throughout the game, you either die peacefully, not abandoning your humanity, with your body set adrift in a river (I think this song set the mood: https://files.catbox.moe/vsjp64.mp3)), or accept becoming a youkai after having lived far too long.
