Three of them are, in my opinion. Two are her alt623 cards. The one that makes wisps when she punches the ground, and the other that makes a giant fireball bounce out of the ground. The other is her alt 214 card, i.e. Mist. Teleport with full control over where you want to go and lasts for quite some time. Level 4 Mist makes wisps expel around Suika when she exits the mist form. Like Abba said, characters with graze attacks can time it, but it's still just a damn good move. The only complaint I have with it is that Suika always jumps out--you can't exit the mist and stay on the ground, so you can get baited and punished.
