The window to send Miko or Nene a birthday gift is almost over! Don't put it off any longer! Here's how to do it:

Go to amazon.jp and make an account. Your local account wont work so just make another one with the same login.

Next go to the address book and add a new address.

Ensure that the delivery date listed on the item is on or before February 22nd as that is the date the window for gift receipt closes (Though it's probably OK if it arrives a day or two late!)

Also don't worry too much about picking out the exact perfect thing, make your best guess. She'll be so happy that you sent her something! If you want to send her a card instead you can send it to the same address above. You just can't send packages from your home address.
