Can whoever did this look at the new notes on the translation and fix it up a bit? That would be great if you could do that.

1) "Clean it up slowly[easy], okay!!"
*poop* or *prt* [is the sound of it pooping.]

2) Reimu: "Can you please not poop here?!"
Yukk: "It's not poop!! Stop it slowly[easy]!!"
*munii* - [the sound of pinching & stretching]
*Miko* - [the arrow pointing at Reimu's hand]

3) "It's not poop!! It's anko[red bean paste] that's passed its expiration date!!" - [she does use the term "expiration date" or "shelf life" instead of just "old". I believe the joke is a reference to a series of food scandals to hit Japan recently involving companies intentionally mislabelling expired items or foreign foods as domestic.]

Reimu: "Thank you" ["Coming right up" might be the culturally appropriate translation]
Sign top: Mikofuku - [Miko Luck is the literal term, but it's referencing a type of cake. Since English speakers might not understand what she's selling, I suggest "Miko Cakes" or "Miko Pastries" would be appropriate.]
Sign bottom: Plenty of Anko[Red bean paste]
Sign right: Hakurei Shrine's "Famous product"/"Signature product"/"special thing"[meibutsu means the thing the place is famous for, I don't think there's a direct equivalent in English]
