From my limited understanding of the 3 hours of time I gave it, she accept to let (you) caress her once you confessed that you have feelings for her.
It's tied to how much favorability she have toward you.
I have yet to reach her consent for actual sex, of course you can just rape her but she will hate you.
Doesn't help that her caretaker come each week to check on her and give you money.

Yeah there is something in that glare who says "We both know why you are here, but I'm going to make you work for it"
But it turn in a nice smile if you go the gentle way.
Also the training command menu are not translated and it's realy bothering me so far even knowing that I will memorize them eventualy.
