Quite frankly it's the attitude. Hagdom is a state of mind which comes naturally with old creaky bodies. You can have voluptuous women and not be a hag, and the existence of lolibaba proves you don't necessarily need great big saggers or height. Simply put, a woman who's not in her prime and has reached the acceptance stage of denial about it. Petty mischief, meddling, and lazy lifestyles are hallmark behavior. When it comes down to it, it's an energy you can just instinctually "feel" from a character.

She is a borderline hag like Yuuka. She stokes jealousy in women who's potential for children are drier than the Atacama and good form and posture means no back pains or sagging. She has some of the attitude, but is comfortable, like a mother permanently stuck before menopause.
