Nasu is finally exploring the concept of Beasts/Evils (or Sins) of Humanity which he had in mind before he began writing (this was present in his Prototype Draft, previous to everything he ever wrote). Known Advent of the End Beasts:

Goetia. Sin of Pity. Beast I. Antagonist of arc I of FGO: "Observer on Timeless Temple" (Nasu's engrish). The Nega Summon.
Tiamat. Sin of Regression. Beast II. Boss of Babylonia Chapter in Arc I of FGO. The Nega Genesis.
Kiara. Sin of Pleasure. Beast III/R side (there's a L side in Beast III). She's from Fate/Extra CCC but she became a Beast in the collab Event. The Nega Savior (as in Buddha-type).
Cath Palug, also known as Primate Murder. Beast IV. Sin of Competition/Comparison. He's a major spoiler.
Beast of Revelations 666. Sin of Greed/Gluttony. Antagonist of Fate/Prototype*. The Nega Messiah.
Beast VII. Presumed Antagonist of Arc II of FGO: "Cosmos in the Lostbelt." The candidate is this "God of another planet"/"Satan Who Ars As Lucifero." It seems to be linked to grudges/ambition for what we know so far.

*The Whore of Babylon/Mother Harlot (the fallen Rome) and Manaka, Proto Arthur's first Master (The Potnia Theron) are associated with Beast VI. Either as halves of it or something, we don't know.
Merlin is also said to be a Beast-like Creature in some youth underdeveloped stage. In some rl life lore, Merlin was born to be the Anti Christ, Nasu took this half demon/incubi background.
