In my opinion, Shiki should offer Arcueid to live in the Tohno mansion. She's his gf and a princess of True Ancestors, she deserves to live in a place more impressive than a fucking single room apartment in bumfuck nowhere, in complete solitude. Smoothing things out with Akiha wouldn't be easy of course, but you just have to be straightforward - Arcueid is Shiki's lover, she's part of the family now, and Akiha should respect her brother's wishes at least that much or it would be impossible for him to live in the mansion.
I get that in Kagetsu Tohya, putting Arc in a separate apartment served a story purpose - since that game had to take every route into account, moving anyone to the mansion would've been problematic. But beyond that, Arcueid deserves to live together and have fun with Shiki, instead of sulking and waiting for him to drop by every day like an abused wife.

The same can be said about Ciel in her route btw.
