If we're talking strictly a. japanese/asian motif, b. short-sleeve, and c. online purchase, then I can give some recommendations, but be aware that these are aloha/camp-collar shirts.

Normal shirts have a strip of cloth sewn underneath its column of buttons, which allows the closing sections to 'stand up'. A aloha/camp-collars doesn't, so its neck opening is wider because it falls flat. It is a warm weather aesthetic, but may not look flattering if you're thin. ZUN most likely have taken this into consideration with his skinny figure, he mostly wears placket shirts from the photos I've seen.

Short-sleeved aloha-print placket shirts are plenty, but I've only found either ridiculously-priced designer-mades, or ones that are only sold in brick-and-mortar shops in Japan, usually Kyoto or Okayama, hometown of the world famous Japanese denim. I guess these are where ZUN's bought his shirts.
