if ange was able to poison eva, she wouldn't have had that whole scene in the classroom where she tells the stakes to disappear because they won't kill her bullies, there'd be no point in that whole sequence if ange WAS able to kill someone far closer to her in such a way it seems almost impossible
ange is not capable of killing at that point, her future self at her lowest being able to kill amakusa and kawabata doesn't mean that school ange would be able to, that's like saying baby takano would be capable if killing rika's mother just because she was able to do it in the future
