I don't hate Sakura, she's just poorly written compared to the other girls. There's nothing really going on with her, she's just a martyr for Shirou's character. Without Shirou, she's nothing. Same can't be said for the rest of the heroines, or even Illya to some degree. Yes, she's a victim, but no, killing people isn't good either.
