RP is just more easily seen and targeted. It's distinct, and everyone here with even some sense can agree that it's bad. That's why when you see it posted, you'll see people unanimously agreeing that it's awful, and uniting to shut it down, take it out back and shoot it.

Compare it to something which also causes this thread to fall into chaos: Yuri.
The reason the thread devolves into a shitstorm so hard over it is because people can make arguments both for and against it. Let's just leave that topic at that, and not mention this particular tangeant any more, because we all know it'll devolve into a shitstorm no matter what.

But, anyway, back to the original point. As far as shitposting goes, RP is just so much more outstanding and easier to stop. Unlike someone shitposting like that "Jump off a bridge guy", where they'll just keep going until they get banned.
