What do you mean?
It's literally in that screenshot. That's my yomichan settings. It's all automatic.
At most I manually add a screenshot if I have a relevant screenshot to add (like on something I mined from manga, picrel).
If you don't know how to use yomichan you should read the animecards site in OP, it'll get you up to speed.
