I don't get you people that use item drop "patches" or learning patches. You might as well go all the way and just cheat using one of the many tools out there. Does getting a small boost make you feel better than just getting the item handed to you?

The drop rate for it doesn't even seem low. It's 2% and I managed to get one somehow a long time a go without even trying. My kill count was only 13. You must be really unlucky.
