Summarized from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eKQPqYMNFRo

>The men in Pekora's family are all the stoic type(2:06:25)
After a fairly long talk about manga culminating in Pekora not knowing anything about Kinnikuman other than a popular song from it, whereupon someone brings up Pekora's older brother* saying that surely he isn't still reading that manga. Pekora thinks for a bit and responds that she isn't really sure if he is still reading manga or what he would read in that case. During her childhood she'd often be around her older brother as he would read manga or play games, watching him or reading together in a sort of "Hiding from your parents"-style, but these days she doesn't know if he still does read.
She continues to say that it was always through her older brother that she knew about anime, manga, and otherwise Internet culture. If her brother was sitting by the PC then it would often be the case that Pekora would sit next to him and watch what he was doing, however since she got her own PC she stopped doing that and subsequently the knowledge via him also stopped. It was the same with games, where they'd play games together in the past but these days don't.

A Nousagi asks if her brother laughs the same was as she does, she laughs and says that obviously he does not. Which leads her into thinking about how they did laugh and says that the middle one** is this "Calm and collected"-type and thinking about it like that both of her brothers are pretty much reticent, however she throws out that Diaboro in particular was strongly stand-offish. That isn't to say they don't laugh, she thinks they do, but more likely the type to laugh without vocalizing it.
A nousagi asks if it isn't on the same level as Pekora herself and she says it isn't and thinks about her mother and says she too is the type to suppress her laugh rather than laughing out loud. Someone else asks if Pekora is the odd one out then and she laughs and says that is true. Continuing the subject she brings up her father and says that he too is rather taciturn and reflects on that all the men in her family are the silent type, they don't really speak a lot.
Which is also the reason why she pretty much only talks about her mother, because she is the one who'll engage in a conversation with Pekora. Which gets her thinking that if she isn't the one to start a conversation with the men in her family then they rarely start a conversation themselves.
As she thinks further she stresses that it seriously is like this within their family and that it is probably on her and her mother who are the loud ones, she laughs at having realized that. A nousagi reassures her that men are like that and she says that ease her worries, and says that it was so nice during her childhood when her brothers would play with her and they'd do these mundane things together but then adulthood ruined it and they forgot the joy of doing these silly things.

*She has two, but in this case it is clear it is Mikaeru, her oldest brother.
**Nicknamed Diaboro
