Bazett being physically strong but mentally weak is her WHOLE DEAL, like how Angra hates but loves people. They literally go into how she's the most broken of the masters, but her depression makes her too passive to do anything but work for the association. She carries all of Angra's fights. And even then she's not invincible - she dies a lot in the loops, and on her job she actually met Kirei because they were the last two survivors and he actually saved her. Her having Fragarach is the only counter to Cu's Gae Bolg. Her powers and the way they contrast her personality make for a good story, so what do you want here? Just say you don't like her and go lol. If anything, why don't you complain about how HIROYAMA wanked her even more than Nasu?
