You fail to realize how much this has been reasoned through over the course of a decade, and how meaningful it is for it to be essentially confirmed by the author after all this time.

The irony of the "You've stopped thinking" crowd is that they've latched onto some crackpot shit like Erikanon or Rosatrice and are purposefully ignoring any and all contradicting information to keep that shit theory alive in their heads.
