Not really, they just put light make up under her eyes, boof her hair up and make her keep her head permanently at an angle. She also has an extremely deep crease in her tongue, sometimes resembling a stud hole with the right light/angles.

Not that I particularly mind, I like small flaws. Koharu looks goofy as shit in this picture but it's the only one of her that I really like.
