I'm not sure if it's all acted politeness, some Vtubers are a bit touched in the head. I mean, Siro prostrated and started crying when she received Ai-chan's message video on her birthday.

Also bullying the Oyabun is easier said than done, she has quite a strong personality.
That said, I worry she might be putting more and more distance between her and the rest. For example, big achievements aside, her current look is rather approachable; but her future one looks absolutely regal, the very image of a goddess. Or a high class prostitute.
And remember that when buichuubas interact directly they're looking at the character model.
