Poor reasoning, anon. The "blackmailer" has no reason to betray Mion just for kicks. He's not in control here, and he risks being confronted by Mion. He has nothing to gain other than knowing she got sodomized. He doesn't even get to see it, since Mion will simply forbid him from watching the tape and end the whole blackmail thing. He loses everything.

My reasoning is convoluted too, but maybe the blackmailer confessed the truth to Shion before everything started, telling her all about Mion's perverted plan. So they made a secret deal to punish Mion. Shion would pretend to go along with everything for a few days of blackmail, before making the blackmailer request Mion's sodomization. She gets her revenge, Mion receives her painful punishment, and the guy leaves town to avoid any trouble.

This way, Mion not only gets a sore butthole, but also overwhelming shame and guilt once Shion tells her the truth. Not only did her plan backfire, now Shion knows she's a disgusting pervert and calls her out on it. How can Mion live with herself?

There's not that many descriptions of gore in the vn, besides a memorable instance in Meakashi. There's definitely no violent imagery from what I remember.
