Touhou already has the Scoot class. It's the Aya option of Reimu C. High speed, thin basic shot with a directional spread shot you can quickly reposition to hit the boss from her flank after using your speed to avoid the worse of their bullet hell.

Aya is also good at point collection so long as you don't get in over your head and rush into fire.

Aya == Scout.
