It's very close, especially in the way the faces are shaped, but warugaki's eyes are always done a certain way in his own style, and I'm not quite seeing it here. That's partly why I think he is as good as he is at artist mimicry: he's so used to the attention to detail in specific areas of his own work that spotting then in other people's work comes naturally.
