Why don't you consider Takano Miyo's crimes "attempted" or "could've been" crimes too?

Is what you consider the line permanent un-doable damage? What if elementary school bullying does permanent damage to another child? Does that child bear the responsibility of their eventual suicide even after the bully has grown up and completely changed? Just for instance. How much responsibility lies on the yamainu for carrying out her orders, and on the other side what is Nomura's responsibility for guiding Takano? Is the syndrome at all to blame if, for the sake of argument only we said that Takano was infected when she made her decisions?

There's legal lines, there's divine lines, and there's personal lines. IDK I think personally Takano can be forgiven if she seeks forgiveness.
