They love her stories. While for us Ame's childhood stories kind of paint her as a weird loser, they seem to think she's kind of insane.

Part of this is the cultural difference, for example, in the clip where Amelia talked about the birthday party she invited her entire middle school class to (to which no one showed up except for her best friend), a lot of the commentators were saying how crazy and American it is to invite so many people to your birthday. One of the top voted comment praised Amelia for the ability to laugh off and tell an interesting story about what could have been a traumatic experience for a child.
