I was expecting only three new characters since ULiL just added four on top of HM's cast (Mokou, Shinmyoumaru, Kasen and Sumireko) and we already know Reisen will be in AoCF, but five does make more sense. The total number of characters MUST be an even number, though. Except for Soku, ZUN never leaves characters without a story mode chapter.
