Before it ends, they will attempt to create gods to control mankind, Hanyuu& Co. being part of that. They will be brainwashed into thinking they have their own backstories, but really they are lab created. Hanyuu's mind is programmed to have an unreasonable affection towards her designated human master, AKA the queen carrier, manifesting particularly strongly in Rika. This was intentional as to not allow the gods to run out of control. The ultimate goal of the two is a fusion that would allow a human to fully harness the power of a god, which Rika has currently managed to do in an incomplete manner.
Takano is an artificial reincarnation of Jestress through her bloodline. If conditions are met, her personality as Jestress will reawaken, but otherwise she will lay dormant and prioritize breeding with a suitable candidate (Tomitake.)
