I don't feel like I am explaining/writing this well... I feel tired/muddled or unable to focus for some reason.

Step-by-step summary to creating a new proportion file:

1. Copy and paste a .cs file in your Proportion folder, remember the old name
2. Rename it
3. Open the file in Notepad
4. Find the line
" public class [THE FILE NAME IS HERE] : IProportion"
5. Replace the above name inside the .txt file with the one you gave it; DONT include the file extension(.cs) and dont delete any spaces. Save.
6. Open TPOConfig
7. Select your new .cs file
7. Assuming the file doesn't do anything you want, click on W_Hips and delete any morphing information displayed in the top right matrix. After clicking on W_Hips, hold the down arrow key to scan through the other bone files and delete any morphing information contained in them too.
8. Write in any morphing information you may want. Experiment to see which bone does what. Experimenting with using the "inverse scaling on children" option may be beneficial.
9. Click "save" when the file does what you want it to and you can use it with TMOProportion and its associated applications.

Hope somebody got something out of all this.
