Things got a little dicey after that when Kaguya gave him a difficult request, but fortunately, as he returned to his room, he found all the required artifacts just lying around there. Surely the gods have blessed their union and only happiness awaits him.

Right now they're working on wedding preparations, although it's not going as quickly as Kaguya would've hoped.
He keeps having to help Eirin with medicine creation, Reisen with her medicine sales, and Tewi has him help her dig up bamboo shoots, which leaves him really tired in the evening with little energy to prepare for the wedding. Kaguya is glad that he gets along so well with everyone, but truthfully, she's feeling a little lonely because it all.

She also kept noticing some weird smell coming from everyone when they got home. Kaguya asked Eirin about it once, but she explained that it must just be some effect of the recent rain and the chemicals the kappa use. Oddly enough, that night she could hear Reisen and Tewi profusely apologizing about something while Eirin said something about how "they really have to be more careful" and that "she might find out at this rate".
Maybe they're planning some kind of surprise for the wedding. They're always so thoughtful.
