I'm probably the wrong person to ask, but...

If I recall it was pretty easy. Just make sure you have a port opened and it's set in the Settings > General Settings > Network tab. Then you need to add Clusters, under Settings > Clusters. My clusters look like the image (This is what was suggested to me when I first started using Share. There may be better things to use). Limit 5 clusters active at a time.

Then... I think it just starts to connect to nodes. Hit the nodes tab to check out activity. I usually have about 4 nodes active at a time. To see if it's all working correctly, do a simple search for something like (C83) and you should see things pop up eventually.
