KC has done more shortstacks recently like the carnivorous plant. They're historically more of a western online porn thing than a Japanese one. The only major example I can think of in Japanese media is draphs although the bodytype has gotten slightly more popular overall like that one orc sister doujin series and the Uzaki-chan manga. I wonder if he'd portray dwarves that way too if he had done the profile more recently. It's definitely a superior portrayal to toddlercon which is way too niche to be popular in an already niche genre.
